Graviera KARGAKIS

Produced from fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk using the traditional recipe in modern, ISO 22000 certified facilities.

It is a hard, cylindrical table cheese, aged for at least three months, with an excellent, slightly sweet taste and rich aromas that allow it to be “the luxury of taste”.

It can be enjoyed as is, accompanying the main meal. It makes a wonderful breakfast with toasted bread. It is also delicious as a dessert with fruit.

Try it with honey or even plain, in pasta, salads, and sandwiches. It is more enjoyable when it reaches room temperature.
